Inject WTT .toml translations into WACCA

Usage

Usage: metra --messagefolder <MESSAGEFOLDER> --translations <TRANSLATIONS>

Options:
  -m, --messagefolder <MESSAGEFOLDER>  Path to Message directory
  -t, --translations <TRANSLATIONS>    Path to directory containing translation files
  -h, --help                           Print help
  -V, --version                        Print version
